Important Product Information

1. Unofficial Collector's Editions

All DVDs and Blu-rays available in our store are unofficial collector's editions intended exclusively for private collectors.

These performances have never been commercially released on DVD or Blu-ray and are not available through retail stores.

2. Please Read Each Product Description Carefully

Every product page contains important information, including:

  • Video Format (NTSC or PAL)

  • Video Source

  • Video Quality Rating

  • Menu Availability

  • Running Time

  • Number of Discs

We strongly recommend reviewing the complete description before making your purchase.

3. Source Material

Our releases are not copies of commercially available DVDs or Blu-rays, since official versions of these concerts do not exist.

Depending on the title, the original source may include:

  • VHS master recordings transferred to DVD or Blu-ray.

  • Audience recordings captured by fans using single-camera equipment.

  • Television broadcasts from networks around the world, including Japan, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, and many other countries.

Whenever possible, the original source is identified in each product description.

My DVD will not play. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please try the following:

  1. Test the disc in your computer or another DVD player.

  2. Verify whether the issue is caused by your player or by the disc itself.

  3. Check the product description to confirm whether you purchased an NTSC or PAL version.

Many playback issues occur because certain DVD players cannot read PAL discs.

If the disc is defective, contact us with your order number and we will replace it at no additional cost. There is no need to return the defective disc.

What is the difference between Audience Shot and Professional Shot?

Audience Shot (AUD)

Recorded by fans using handheld or single-camera equipment from within the audience.

Professional Shot (PRO)

Recorded using professional multi-camera production equipment, typically for television broadcast or official event coverage.

What does the Video Quality Rating mean?

Because these concerts originate from many different sources and eras, video quality naturally varies.

Each product includes a quality rating to help you understand what to expect before purchasing.

For additional information, please visit our Video Quality Guide.

What is the difference between NTSC and PAL?

NTSC is the television standard used primarily in:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Mexico

  • Most countries in North and South America

PAL is commonly used in:

  • Europe

  • Australia

  • Parts of Asia

Every product description clearly specifies whether the disc is NTSC or PAL.

If you own a multi-region DVD player, you can play either format.

Why don't DVDs include printed covers or cases?

To keep shipping costs as affordable as possible, DVD purchases include the disc only.

A high-resolution printable cover is provided as a free digital download.
